Default Full time --> Part Time during I-485 pending

Hi,
My status is now pending AOS for EB3 employement sponsor. Can i change from full time employee to be part time employee with the same company and doing the same job description. Would it be a problem when the approval time for AOS come? Is there a chance that they will denie I-485???

Thanks for all answer.

Yes, it may be a potential issue if you got unexpected RFE for I1485. You better consult with your attorney to see if there is any way out. Good Luck!
