Default affidavit of support

i am winner with Dv lottery 2008
and after completion of all documents and after interview in USA embassy they refuse to give me the visa and my family till bringing signed I134 form can any one help me to overcome such problem
and specially i don't have any relatives in USA to sign such form for me
