Default Maryland woman sentenced to 45 months in prison for assuming the identity of a disabled victim for 25 years

U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake sentenced Chinyere Etoty, aka "Paulette Etoty," 50, of Cockeysville, Md., to 45 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for social security fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a scheme to use stolen identifying information of a disabled victim for 25 years.
